Dotychczas z e-hulajn\u00f3g mog\u0142y korzysta\u0107 dzieci od 10. roku \u017cycia.<\/p><p>Po wej\u015bciu w \u017cycie nowych przepis\u00f3w osoby <strong>poni\u017cej 13 lat:<\/strong><\/p><p>-nie mog\u0105 porusza\u0107 si\u0119 hulajnog\u0105 elektryczn\u0105\u00a0 po drogach publicznych \u2013 nawet pod opiek\u0105 doros\u0142ego<\/p><p>&#8211; mog\u0105 korzysta\u0107 z e-hulajnogi <strong>wy\u0142\u0105cznie w strefie zamieszkania<\/strong>, drodze wewn\u0119trznej; jazda taka musi odbywa\u0107 si\u0119 pod <strong>nadzorem pe\u0142noletniego opiekuna<\/strong><\/p><p>Nale\u017cy r\u00f3wnie\u017c pami\u0119ta\u0107, \u017ce osoba, kt\u00f3ra nie uko\u0144czy 18.
